Financial Assistance
Tuition Assistance from the State of Hawaii, Federal Government and Non-Profit Organizations
Native Hawaiian, American Indian or Alaska Native residents of the State of Hawaii may receive tuition benefits towards Certification to become a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor. ALU LIKE, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization whose mission is "To kōkua Native Hawaiians who are committed to achieving their potential for themselves, their families and communities." Military Spouses
The Department of Defense (DoD) Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts (MyCAA) program provides up to $4,000 of Financial Assistance for military spouses who are pursuing degree programs, licenses or credentials leading to employment in Portable Career Fields. Spouses of DoD Active Duty members and activated members of the National Guard and Reserve Components are eligible.

Pilates Hawaii Training Center is the only Pilates school in Hawaii that is authorized to use the MyCAA Program.

A military spouse can request MyCAA Financial Assistance (FA) for all approved courses on the spouse's Career and Training Plan. Eligible spouses can establish a MyCAA Account by visiting the MyCAA website at

Kumu A'o
Pilates Hawaii Training Center is a provider for Kumu A'o, Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, for career advancement and training opportunities, and a Workforce Investment Act (WIA) approved provider.

That means you may be able to get financial assistance from the State through the WIA.
